I was kind of hoping the soundtrack came with the game. At the time very few games had such a good score. What are the chances of getting an update one day?

Well it's EA, so I'm feeling "Eh" about the chances of that. But who knows? In the meantime, is any of the music in a listenable format in the game folder?

Michael Giacchino, series composer at the time, only created five new tracks for this game. Other music was simply re-used score from the previous three (PlayStation) games in the series.
If you really must have this music, I suggest that you look for the Medal of Honor soundtrack collection, which has eight discs music for the entire series from Medal of Honor in 1999 to Medal of Honor 2010.
