I've had this problem before with MOH before, when I move the mouse while pressing any of the move keys (W.A.S.D.) the movement speed suddenly spikes. It even happens in the menus. Does anyone know how to solve this?

May want to try adjusting your screen resolution "manually". It may help with the mouse issue, since I tried it myself to fit my own widescreen monitor, and it helped w/ the mouse issue some.

I have the aspect ratio forced from my video card so I know that's not it. The problem isn't high sensitivity it's the inconsistency of it. As soon as I press the W button to walk forward it spikes and skips movements.
I am having problems with mouse as well. It all works fine up until I need to aim or fine tune the aim. Everything gets sticky and slow. Any help would be appreciate.

Not yet :/
I'm now having this problem too. Funny thing is that when I had the game installed before, I didn't have this problem, just recently reinstalled and now this problem is happening. Not sure what changed, I did get a new mouse, but i'm almost sure I used my new mouse on my previous install. Used the widescreen config both times too.

Tried adjusting in game mouse sensitivity, enabling and disabling mouse smoothing, but didn't work.

No issues with optical mouses and balls ;)

Laser mouse "lagg"-prob solved with:
seta in_mouse "-1"

www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/browse/name/?app_id=2727;tips=1

Still probs? install this:
donewmouseaccel.blogspot.de/2010/03/markc-windows-7-mouse-acceleration-fix.html

My order was:
1. Markc-Fix installed
Prob not solved.
2. seta in_mouse "-1" added
Prob solved, can play now with my laser-mouse :D
Probably not it but this is simple enough to try:

Control Panel -> Mouse. Pointer Options, uncheck "Enhance pointer precision".

That cured my mouse being jerky all over, including menus.

The seta in_mouse "-1" config setting solved my problem, now I can finally play this game after trying for nearly a year to find a solution. Thank you so much!

I tried the 'seta in_mouse -1' fix, and while it seemed to get better, the problem still exists.
I've got a laser mouse as well.

Hope this can somehow be fixed, was looking forward to playing this again!

Thank you!!!!!
in_mouse -1 fixed my mouse issues on resolutions under 1920x1080. however, as soon as I put it on 1920x1080 I'm getting weird mouse acceleration. I'll slightly bump the mouse and it'll automatically glide across the screen in the menus. It's kind of like when you have a broken xbox 360 thumbstick.

Anyway I can fix this? I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64bit on a Macbook Pro Retina (2880x1800)
