Every time I hit F6 to quicksave, the game crashes. I I fixed it by moving the directory, but that only worked until the end of Mission 3. What is going on here?

Details please. System specs, OS, install location, anything you've tried to do to fix it. You might want to contact GOG support too.

I very recently played through the game and had only one random crash during the final boss. Saving is needed very often in this game so I've no idea how many times I used the quick save button, and it was never an issue. I'm using Vista Ultimate x64.
