Don't know if anyone will see this but is there anyway to get this game to run at 60FPS?

The first game is locked to 30 FPS, that been said, if you want to play it at sometimes 60 FPS in the PSX version, which was locked to 60 FPS even though it sometimes runs at 15 FPS on the bigger levels

The game is locked to 30 fps and designed with that in mind. Even so it's silky smooth, so that's not an issue.

All versions of the game are locked at 30fps, even if you use a wrapper.
The only versions I've managed to run above 30fps was the old Win95 version, and I'm still not sure if it was really running faster, because the animations looked really weird.
