Just finished a playthrough of MoO 2 and was victorius...but I don´t know why.
My settings was normal difficulty with three cpu´s on an large map. I was not the largest civilization, but the most technologicly avanced one. The Antarians started to attack me frequently and destroying one base everytime I got a total of five or six.

Suddenly the game ended, think it said turn 350 or something, and I won. On the last turn before this happend every cpu planet belonged to me without me doing anything.

Is this a bug or is there a turnlimit with technologic victory condition?

This is my third playthrou so im very new to this game. So a bit of help is allways appreciated.

What happened was the races that remained surrended to you, and you were the sole remaining race in the game.
Is it not kind of weird that they surrender when I got almost no army to speak of, and not being the biggest faction? And everyone surrenderd at the same time.
It's possible you hit the turn limit and the combined score of your tech + pop + fleet + buildings outweighed the combined score of the other factions so the computer deemed you the winner. Maybe they weren't quite as powerful as you thought ;). If you go to info, you can see the combined and individual scores for each score factor for every species in the history graph under the info main screen button. You can check that and see if you were ahead. I suspect you were since the Antarans preferentially attack the species who is ahead in the game.
