I rather think now the game has become boring. Craft should be made easier, or we must be given a hub with ALL facilities, but it would make useless other towns.
I just quit and don't know when I'll play again, it's becoming people work rather than fun. At least in the game we don't have polution, at now.

I must admit I'm not a fan of crafting, etc., in any game so because it's being heavily developed at the moment I've not actually played the past couple of updates as this aspect has put me off.

I'm hoping that soon we shall see more being added to the adventure mode and that crafting is not going to become a 'must do' part of the game in the future.
By the way dev, read the end of your own FAQ...
May you apply it not only for combats.

The Craft feature is optional and complementary. Enjoy or ignore it.

Great news, thank you :)

If it's optionnal, then make it so: let us be able in the options to remove it from the game system, from our sight.
It's not pleasant ingame to be proposed by features we don't use.

If it's complementary, then make it pleasant for all, as it means it's part of the complete game (not so really optional).

I made some calculations to give a perspective: to complete a quest where you are supposed to craft 2 kukris, 2 warhammers and 2 chain shirts, you need in average 909 iron ore, 540 limestone, 488 coal and some small amounts of leather, linen and wood. The absolute minimum (not counting creation chance) is still crazy 234 iron, 154 limestone and 156 coal.
I know this game is still in development so please take it as a feedback. I have really enjoyed the game so far, but this is just frustration/boring grind or even more frustrating save/load fest. In my opinion, it would be way more interesting to focus on crafting nice/valuable items only as you can buy the basic stuff almost anywhere and connect some quests to get rare ingredients. For example, do you want a gem that summons an elemental? Fine, go to the dungeon where there is a famous elemental guardian and you know what to do...

Thanks for your feedback! We'll adjust these ingredients in next update.

And increase the ratio to succeed crafting them, it's part why tons are needed.

I know for a fact that there are allot of players that like crafting. But like you two, I'm not one of them. And crafting normal items, as you mentioned, isn't my idea of fun. If there has to be crafting in games, the special item crafting you mentioned might be cool.

But since there seems to be a large amount of players that like this crafting thing, we that do not like it are probably a minority. I'd rather not have to keep up with nuggets of dirt to craft something. Leave that to the blacksmiths.

The thing is, if its optional, then why would any people want to do it? What benefit do they get? If players like us don't spend the time and can play just fine without the effort. I don't understand. But I don't have too. It's the designers choice, and as long as an actual overarcing adventure/theme/goal eventually comes along (worlds in danger, go save it), that is when I'll delve into LMA again.

I'm not complaining, by the way. Let the designer design the game he wants to make.
