I was looking in the internet what exactly the DLC brings and it seems as if the DLC only brings the said talisman.
It seems as if there is no other content in the game but the talisman if you have the DLC.
Right?

Nah, it's just 1 artifact, they probably didn't read properly the description - check this Steam page for DLC - http://store.steampowered.com/app/298880/
In "About This Content" you can see: The Talisman of Golot, The Gifts of the Artifact & The Spheres of Power - they all refer only to Talisman. ;)

Thanks! Well, it`s a little bit disappointing, a DLC that brings only one item and no more ingame content like new areas, quests, monsters or classes.

Well, the Talisman was originally the reward for early backers in the kickstarter campaign, they got it for free. Devs could make it exclusive to KS backers or add it as a bonus DLC. I think it's better this way.
