I'd say, No.
However, the deluxe edition doesn't actually add anything to the game. It just adds a book, soundtrack, map and wallpapers. You could just buy the full deluxe edition on GOG, it wouldn't cost anything extra and you'd have a DRM-free version of the game available to you.

Strictly speaking, the DLC does add the Talisman of Godot to the game. However, said item sounds like it would make the game easier, and therefore I am planning on deliberately not installing it when I play this game.
