Hello,

On main menu I am shown "online features unavailable" message hovering down the screen. I cannot link the game to my Square Enix account either. I wonder, what the problem might be here. Does anybody had a similar issue?

The reason for that seems quite simple, the GOG version has no online features. Whether that was a decision by GOG or Square Enix, I don't know. Anyway, it robs you of comparing your decisions with the rest of the player base's and in Before the Storm it blocks access to one of the outfits.

I don't like at all that an outfit is blocked just because the online features have been cut out.

I understand that Square Enix didn't want to waste time readjusting the insignificant online part for GOG Galaxy, but they would have had to make some minor changes to get the outfit unlocked from the beginning. Is there by any chance any homemade modifications that make it available again?

No(, not yet). However, given that the assets are there someone might do it.
Or, best case, we get an official unlock.

Shouldn’t gog have made this clear? It is kind of bait-and-switch and they should enable this feature.
