Any "official" word on the aproximate game length on a single play through?
I read on the official LoG forums somewhat between 10-15 hours.

They say that if you know all of the map, monsters and puzzles then around 10 to 15 hours play.
That seems a bit short. Still, it's quality that matters, not quantity :)

They say if you know the map so you can easely double that.
I saw a fan reply on the LoG game forums stating 10-15. Was wondering if the source was from the development team or just word of mouth. Thanks for the replys!! I'll keep an aye on this topic!

I still think thats diffrent betwean players, if your good at it or average wich can you take double the time or triple.
A german pc game magazine just release a review for this game.
According to them if you take your time searching for secrets you will be tied up for at least 15 hours.

Yeah, but it's still great for the price and the size of the dev team. I'm not very good at old-school dungeon crawlers anyway, so I'm pretty sure I can squeeze a good 25-30 hours out of it. ;)
Keep in mind that 10-15 hours could also be based upon using the automap and playing the game on Normal. The design team claims playing the game on Hard is extremely challenging, so it may require more time to complete. I am of the opinion that a really good dungeon crawl with pre-generated levels keeps me coming back for more in order to try out new strategies (i.e. Playing the game with 4 Mages) and to immerse myself in the game experience itself.

IMO I am glad this game is only 10-15 hours long. With a wife, two kids, and a demanding job I don't have the time to invest 30-60+ in a game.
I think 10-15 hours is a good duration. It's a 12-15$ game, the price/lenght ratio it's great...
If you play on Normal and take your time to search for secrets (which you should) it will take you about 15+ hours.

This. +1

EDIT: I will even probably wait for a walkthrough to be written first before playing.

I think 10 hours is possible, but I don't see how you could make that without missing most of the secrets. It took me about 18 hours to finish and I didn't find all the secrets.
