Can you guys look at maybe getting this game. I had so much fun with it and I would love to be able to play it again. I can't find it anywhere except Amazon, and its like $30.

Agreed, I own all of the LoK games, but Blood Omen is the only one that I don't have on pc and it's probably still my favourite. I played it for ages on my psx back in the day, but my cd is scratched so I can't play anymore. Would be an instant purchase if this game would come to GoG.

Well, if Soul Reaver is here then hopefully it is only a matter of time before Blood Omen makes its way as well.

Day one purchase Good Old GOG!

Shouldn't be. BO1 was made by SIlicon Kinghts, true, but with heavy involvement from Crystal Dynamics. There then was an incredibly messy legal battle, as a result of which, CD got all the rights to the game+series.

CD was later aquired by Eidos, and they were subsumed by Squeenix. Copyright shouldn't be an issue. I hope. Because BO1 is THE best game ever, imho.

I would buy blood omen day one if GOG put it out. Loved that game to death, still have it for the PSX in fact. But would be nice to have it for my laptop too.

Yup, I still have it on psx, and still play it from time to time. I would LOVE to have it on PC. One of my all time favorite psx games.

Sadly, I never really got into the rest of the series... I should probably give it another shot.

I hope they get the whole series here. I own the PC version physical copy and the PSN digital copy. But I no longer have console or a psp.

I used to own the Playstation copy but it met an unfortunate accident with a floor heater. :(

Nope one of the benefits of the PC version. The loading issue is not really existent.

The only disadvantage of BO on pc is that you cannot zoom in on the screen, unless you can make your screen res super small.

press F5 for "eagle eye" or w/e it's called. zooms you right up and personal.

well, that´s the problem - F5 doesn´t work on the pc unless you can set your monitor to some ridiculously small resolution. That´s where Blood Omnicide comes in, since it is a nice graphical update fully in 3D.

I haven't tried it on win 7, but it did work on my 32bit XP irrc.
