Anyone else having the same issue? I bought the game through the GOG website but GOG Galaxy seems to have not "noticed" it so I cannot install the game.

Same. Bought the Digital Deluxe Edition. I can download it from the site just fine but Galaxy didn't get the memo even after refreshing the account.

Yes, had the same problem aswell. There should be an Unknown Game Icon in your Library, thats "The Last Train Home". You can Install it and play it just fine. But if you'd like Icons, Backgrounds and the Name listed, just right-click on the Game Icon go to Edit, type in the titel and release date then click on Media insert some Wallpapers that you've cropped and thats it. Let's see if CDProjekt fixes it on their own, but until then this will do just fine for me
