I hope GOG know they have lost several clients with all this.

TBH at this point I have no interest on playing Kyn again.
Have to agree, I won't buy a new game from GOG again only old games that don't require any support.

Why can't the patch just be available on Kyn's own website??

Feel sorry for the developers because I was enjoying Kyn a lot and what they have added in patches sounds awesome.

What can be the hold up they only have to host a file??????????

We've got a reply from GOG and informed them that you all are waiting for the update.

I am going to give GOG another 24 hours to fix this.

Then I will seek a refund (although I pre-ordered so hopefully the 30 days counts from release date!!)

Will have to go buy it off steam much to my reluctance.

I asked for a refund already and got an answer:
I'm afraid that sale is considered final either 30 days after purchase OR when you make a download attempt for a game or its bonus content. Once either of those happens, an immediate cash refund is no longer possible.

30 day money back guarantee applies only in case of technical issues we are not able to fix. Here is link to detailed FAQ about it:

Well it has been close to 24 hours and no answers or even a slight indication that GOG give a c**p.

So how do your realise this before you install it?

Refund came in today. Case closed for me.

FYI for everyone, as per GOG they have not received any patches from the developers ... someone is bullshitting, the devs or GOG, who knows? Obviously the devs need to work this out with GOG because this is becoming embarrassing for everyone.

Interesting to hear some people have got a refund and others have been denied.

I put my request in yesterday so will see what happens.

The silence from GOG is what really annoys me, we all have the same issue so why can't GOG make a statement about it rather then us all approaching them individually.

Clearly GOG don't give a fuck about this issue since the developer said he already contacted "GOG" about this issue but still no patch was released, and no explanation whatsoever why they can't release a fucking patch for a game breaking bug.

Got an email overnight saying the patches were up, from an enquiry 6 days ago.

Weird that they gave a refund and then fixed the issues???

Hope they realise that if it is fixed they don't need to worry about my refund.

I got my repply saying the new patch was available. So no refund.

Anyway never a next time will happen to me. I'll wait at least three months after release before buying a new game.

PD: I tested my with save file and it works.
