Bought the first title recently as part of my quest to play every RTS ever made and because it looked very promising, and let me say it's been a fun ride trying to get it to run.

Right off this is the first game to completely freeze my Windows 7 computer since I've owned it, which is an accomplishment. Normally ctrl+alt+delete brings up Task Manager no matter how bad the error but KKND locked me up in a black screen and locked me good. Had to force restart PC five times before I figured out it was because Comodo Firewall was being a naughty blocker as usual. Since there is no way to manually clarify which programs are clear in Comodo, and because the black screen of death pops up faster than I can click the "allow this game to run" pop-up, turning off my firewall is the only way to get it to run.

So, Windows 98 compatibility mode checked and we're off! After the commander guy tells me "good job on that training mission!" (even though there was no training mission LoL) I dive into the first level and am enjoying myself immensely. I hit escape and go to save and CRASH! Start over, main menu, Load Game, CRASH! Start over, Custom map, CRASH!

CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!

I'll be poking and prodding over the next few days to get this seemingly fun game to work but fair warning to buyers with modern machines.
