I notice that the game's page says that it works with XP and Vista. Does it work with Win7 64-bit?

Hi,
I have both games installed and working fine on Win7 Ultimate 64 bit
Same Eric
Am using Win7 64 bit Ultimate and it works fine!
I'm trying to install the game on my Vista 64-bit system, but I get an error message when I want to launch the install.exe file:
If I try to run it (not as administrator) i get:
"The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32bit) or x64 (64bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."
And when I try to run it as administrator I get:
"Windows cannot find 'D:\games\Krondor\install.exe'. make sure you typed the name correctly and try again"
Someon any idea how to solve?
Thanks,
Hiapoe

Check if the installer file has as extension. If the file you downloaded it's called
setup_betrayal_at_krondor
rename it to
setup_betrayal_at_krondor.exe
and try to install.
If that doesn't work try to re-download the file as it may be corrupt.

I know Betrayal at Krondor works fine on 64-bit Windows so long as you launch it through DOSBox like the Start Menu shortcut does normally -- it was originally a DOS game, after all.
