All traps are just logic puzzles. You need to get all party members across the map.

Don't go between the poles of the same colour - navigate around them.
You can press 'G', it should bring up the grid which makes spotting the right path easier.

Just remember to check each rations' description, if you find spoiled ones you'll poison your party ;)
