logang: So I've been playing for a few hours now and thought I would post my thoughts here.
Overall the game feels fun, I like the narration and the setting. I've always liked the thinking type games that require you to solve puzzles, even if rudimentary, and I think you guys are doing a fine job.
I have been playing on my PC: FX-8320, Zotac 970, 8GB 1866, and have observed very few play-ability issues, in fact the only issue is that there is a slight stutter or hesitation when arriving in a new area. Other than that am seeing around 45-50+ fps consistently which is fine to me.
The dialog overall is good, though there are some areas where the English phrasing used just doesn't sound quite right. It isn't anything that would be game breaking, just makes me pause and think about why it sounds weird.
I haven't found any bugs yet, except the minor stutter mentioned earlier. Though one of the loading screens mentions needing to use alt+f4 to quit, I found that the x button on my x-box controller, or the esc key both bring up the quit menu when at the main menu, I don't know if this loading screen was left over from a previous version that did not allow for an easy way to quit, but it doesn't seem necessary any more.
Overall I think you guys are doing a fantastic job and look forward to playing more. This is one game I am glad I was able to support.
Thanks.
We'll discuss the English phrasing thing within the team. We do have some voices to work on, so we'll maybe rephrase some of them at the same time. We also need to work on captions that you see when interacting with some environments.
For the quit menu, we kept it there because the "alt-F4" option is temporary.
