nah blurry map while driving is fixed for me

Hi!

I found a bug: after dropping an object and picking up againg, leaves the hand icon of that object active and can't interact with anything else.

Also, seems that default display (Display 0) is the left monitor, not the main. After changing displays, the resolution differences (1080 the left one, 2k the right one), limits the mouse usable area (from 1080 to 2k) and slows the mouse (2k to 1080). Restarting the game solves the problem, though.

I hope i've explained decently... not much given to english :P

Hi,

Don't worry, your English is WAY better than my Spanish :P

I was able to replicate the "dropping-picking object" bug and we'll certainly fix that in the next updates. In the meantime, saving game and reloading fixes the issue. (also, dropping and picking up a steak works :P)

For the display setting, we'll look into it today ;)

EDIT: The display setting issue can be fixed by pressing alt-tab and going back in the game, which is faster than restarting the game ;)

- There seems to be a limit to how much I can carry at once. There does not seem to be any feedback/communication when I try to pick up things that I don't have room/capacity for. It looks like it is a broken item.

- I dropped a bunch of stuff in one location to make room. When I tried picking some of it back up I ran into the bug where I couldn't interact with items anymore. When I reloaded at a save point I had lost all inventory items including my map and journal.

Hi!

I tried to replicate the bugs you encountered and wasn't able to. Did you play with the latest patch (20160223) installed? These issues are supposed to be fixed in this update, but if they're not, we'll look into it for sure!

- There should be a notification on the left of the screen when you try to pick up something and the weight capacity doesn't allow you to.

- This issue is fixed in this patch. If you are playing with it installed, could you give us more details (items you dropped, where you were, did you load your game or did everything in a single playthrough, etc) if you remember them?

Looks like I was not. I was playing the game directly so I hadn't been opening GOG. It is working on a large download now. Will let you know if I run into the same problem again.

In the new build, when I picked up Giselle's diary, and pressed F to read it, it dissapeared, and I only saw Carl's empty hands. It also wasnt visible on the floor anymore.

Did you continue an existing game or did you start a new one? I wasn't able to replicate the bug in a new game. It might be one of those bugs that happen only 1/4 of the time. We'll make sure to look into it.

EDIT: Could you send us the file called "output_log" by email at support@parabole.ca? If you have GOG galaxy, it should be in C:/ > Program Files > Galaxy Client > Games > Kona - Day One > Kona_Data. If you don't, C:/ > GOG Games (and the rest).

There were 2 situations where i dropped a full gas can, dropped it outside once and it rolled down a hill, had to run to get it back. a second time i dropped it in a house end it rolled into a corner and i cant pick it up again :(

Had a Sound Problem which added abit of noise (Crackling), near the doctors house at the river

Ok, I just made a new clean install, just to confirm my bug report is really true :)

The Gas Can only acts this weird when it was fueled at the general store, if it is empty it seems fine
The Crackling at the Docters House is not only at river but near the southern border aswell, seems random

Had something new, audio sometimes repeated the last second or two, dunno what caused that but had it till end of the session

Dunno if its a bug or not, but one of the woodcutter huts haa a box with 1 log in it, where it seems that another one is clipping through the floor.

And the Stairs at the Doctor House make a nice ramp for the car (if driven up in a certain way), had some nice airtime :D

1) We fixed the gas can issue, it should work fine in the next update.
2) The audio issue happens less often than before, but is unfortunately still there. Did you try reloading your game? Was it still corrupted?
3) I checked and it more like pieces of bark. Or maybe you are referring to the borders (slightly different color)?
4) I guess you are the best driver here, I wasn't able to jump :(

2. The Audio Issues werent there anymore, but im 100% sure the doctors house has something to do with it.
Was running around and in it, and i got the echo and the crackling back
Those didnt save though, but the farther i was away, it became less
3. It was bark, im an idiot, sorry :(
4. Couldnt do it anymore, only had little jumps right now :(

Had a strange Thing though:
Playing with a Xbox360 Gamepad i encountered wolves, wanted to fight them but the button didnt work, then i saw in the down-right corner that it was switching between gamepad and mouse controls.
After i was mauled, i pressed the mouse button and it stopped, could use gamepad normally afterwards.

Dunno if my gamepad is at fault here (2005), or the game thinking i used the mouse :/
Btw:The [A] Button runs too, but its not said ingame, found that out by moving while taking pics :)

Edit: Just remembered, i was able to aim with the rifle, with the gamepad, but couldnt shoot
