I have it running on my MacBook Pro [Core2Duo] (10.6.8) using Wineskin, with a few caveats. I had to install several Winetrick packages (I can't remember exactly which ones off the top of my head, but they're mentioned in the WineHQ App Database (http://appdb.winehq.org/). The newer versions of the Wine engine seem to display graphics properly, but run REALLY slow. I ended up settling with the 1.3.15 engine because it runs the game quickly - its main caveat is that you don't get the custom cursors which are somewhat relevant to gameplay but not a dealbreaker.
