Yes, most items in KB:TL are at random locations but some of them have fixed locations where you can find them. So far I've confirmed only two items but heard there are some more of them, so any info, links?

- Scroll of Weakness - inside book from "necromancer" in training area
- Scroll of Necro Call - inside Chronicles of Lost Town

The only one i can think of is a scroll you can get from a weird mage on eastern island.

It lifts heavy objects

Ah, yes, but it is quite like quest object, I do not think it has any other use?

I think I've found some other items, just now need to confirm:

- Kerus's Sword
- Isshara's Whip
- Dragon Cloak
- Old Skull
- Scroll of Life Light

i can confirm kerus and isshara. They to are available after some questing :)

Also the artist that sells the paintings is fixed.
You'll always have 2 or 3 paintings which grant extra mana or increase initiative.
