So, I've encountered three quests so far which I can't complete anymore.
First two are from Marshan Swamp.

The quest, where you have to destroy the 12 statues for Furious Paladin. I've managed to destroy 11 of them and spared the last, the quest log says I have to visit the Paladin for reward, but he is already undead so I can't complete it.

Second one you get in the temple near the cemetery, it is about talking to one NPC in necromancer castle in said cemetery. After talking to him, I have decided not to fight for now, but when I come back later, he doesn't want to talk to me and I cannot attack his castle at all.

And the last quest is from the map with dwarven capital city (Ardan's Peaks?) where you have to escort the dwarf to his factory. As with previous quest, after talking to him I have decided to start it later (so I could clear most of the enemies in the way first). And again, he doesn't want to talk to me at all.

Does anyone know if it can be somehow remedied, or I have three quests I can't complete and I have to deal with it?
strange , i have rechecked this using my current game.
I'm now in the mines and searching for the dwarf palace.
Yes i still need to save his daughter.

I went back since i need to clear the castle of whatisname for the priest.
The option was still there.

As for the paladin mines undead to but i destroyed all the statues.
The escort quest is still valid.
Also the trial of will in arlania i need to do and the archmage tower
So i've turned them down to for later treatment as you did.
But it is still possible to do them.

so i'm bumped a bit what the reason would be

Technically, I don't think those are bugs.

First one: I seem to recall he goes to undead as soon as you dialog with him and tell him you won't spare him. You've already made the decision at that point, so the quest is over.

Second one: There are dialog options that allow you to abandon or fail quests. That's actually working as intended, though it doesn't seem too friendly.

Third one: I've always just walked him through, so I don't know this for sure, but it sounds like you used a dialog to abandon the quest.

This is a russian game. I personally enjoy the game style of many of Katauri / 1Cs games (that I've played) but with the translation - which can border on the laughable - and the different game setup, it can seem like the game is broken when it's doing what it was intended to do. It's easy to miss opportunities in King's Bounty. I'm afraid you may have missed three, here.

This may explain it, thank you. However I am sure that in the escort quest, I have closed the dialog with the X button, not with a dialog option. Does it have the same function?
