Is there a way to do that? After creation I was sure I picked the least derpy looking face but now during play I'm less and less sure of that... :/

I'm not 100% sure but i think you can do that later when you have your own house.

I read in the manual that you can change your hairstyle/color/fashion there... Oh I will see if it includes face lifting. Thanks for now; will mark it as solution if that did the trick :)

Nope, just got my first home. Only the above mentioned; face type cant be changed there. Weirdly; in the customization I again thought "Oh, ain't that bad after all" till I exited. Lighting? Angle? IDK *sigh* :/

Its not atrocious; just a bit weird. Otherwise it would not had passed the character creation. I guess its a mix of the expressionless, at best moody, expression and other things that also come into play during actual play. I will just live with it till an option arrives in some form or another.

I always choose the human (?) character with fleshy face, dimpled chin, curly blond hair. I wonder where the idea for this character came from, being that it's so different from the other characters.
