Was wondering this myself.
I see that the latest beta for this game brings in AI opponents, hopefully when done that patch will reach the Gog version as well.

Yes, Kingdoms and Castle after 2 years has been updated on GOG, so happy.

I am still missing the update for the Linux version of Kingdoms and Castles. When do we get a release?

The Linux installer is now, 1 month out of date the game developer gave GOG the update 1 month ago today but GOG has forgotten Linux exists.

I have the newest 118 version now on "Steam Play", but it's not as great as before.. seeing some glitches and performance issues on Ubuntu 21.10 I suspect that this is some 'comapatibility mode and no real native linux'
