Main quest has disappeared since latest patch 1.4
and can't progress the story anymore.

I was suposed to check up on Sir Radzig about the prisoner i captured, a little west of Talmberg.

Is it a known problem and is anything being done about it?

After a lot of frustration, found a solution. but is not for the faint of heart.

install this cheat mod
utilize cheat_teleport_npc_to_player token:radzig

the dumbass will return from depth of hell where he prolly fell to your back
shot with arrow near, he ll scape
guards will fine you but the npc is alive again, and will finally return to the lookout

SHAME ON YOUR SLOPPY DEVS FOR NEVER FIXING THIS GAME BREAKING BUG
