Starting my game today it loaded in Polish not English. Can't find the location of the user settings to reconfigure. Does any one know? Not in GOG Games folder, not in USER folders, not in Documents.

EDIT: Think I found in in "users\user_name\kingdomcome\profiles\default\attibutes.xml

Infuriating that they can't simply use the saved game/documents folders instead...Burying it in the appdata folder is irritating...

They did on my install (users\user_name\saved games\kingdomcome), not sure why OP's is non-standard.

Well, unless there's two copies, I was referring to the specific file they mentioned (profiles\default\attributes.xml), which was in the saved games folder for me, and there was no kingdomcome folder directly under user_name (or appdata) like they indicated. But different people sometimes have different setups, I guess.
