ddunham: None. There already is a PC version, and it would be a major effort to recreate the user interface portion of the code.
I was impressed with the Android versions of Osmos and Cogs. I was less thrilled with Avadon, but that was because (for me) there were some UI issues from it being a port of a PC game. (Highlighting/selecting objects with mouse-hover/mouse-click isn't as useful on a touch device when the object is smaller than your fingertip. The iOS version is the same, so it's a base design issue.) ...So thinking about it, the Android version was a port of a port... and it still ran really well.
I don't know about porting costs, but these aren't games made by EA with EA-sized budgets.
They were all apparently done by Apportable. (I kept note of the company because at work, we were talking about having an iPad app and then an Android app.)
Disclaimer: This post is completely self-serving. Having just fired up the GOG version and losing the better part of two nights to it, I'd probably buy the iOS-ported Android version as soon as I saw it. If it were kickstarted, I'd back it. However, I'm not buying an iPad just to play it; I do have my limits. =)
