I want the 32bit version and some of the older versions to try out the older mods and differences.
Is there any way to get it on GoG or do I need to set sail in order to find them?

How do I revert (rollback) to an older game version?

Once you have the game installed on your machine, and added to Galaxy, click on it in the side-bar on the left. Select MORE -> Settings, and switch the INSTALL UPDATES option to MANUALLY.
If the game has any older versions available to revert to, you can select them under ROLLBACK TO VERSION section.

Thanks but it only goes back to 1.4 something.

Then i guess this is the oldest version you can have access to. Must have been around (or exactly) v1.4 that 2K bought KSP so, if that's really the case, i guess you can't get your hands on any pre-2K versions at all. Wouldn't hurt to ask the support team about it though.
