Hi Guys!
I've bought the game during the Insomnia sale, and I see that I can download the game and probably play it, although it hasn't been released officially on GOG. Is that normal?

It is not normal. This is something that GOG did as a surprise / special treat for the Insomnia Sale. There doesn't seem to be any official word on when Jotun, J.U.L.I.A. Among the Stars or Subterrain will officially be launched on the store. Enjoy your head-start access! ^_^
