Im not sure if this is true, but it stated that there are a lot of new perks to characters on unfinished business. Are there any new skills for mercs and other stuff like in 1.13? New skills would be nice, like shotgun mastery, pistols, etc.

Also, can you play the game from the beginning of jagged alliance 2 or do you have to start from the expansion.

oh, ok. Have you ever played hired guns-the jagged edge. I heard that was made with ja2 in mind. Ill check it out after i get done with this run.

Never played that either, mostly because I was told by one of my friends its roughly on par with the UFO titles here. He said "Hired Guns is to Jagged Alliance what UFO is to XCom", he did say that he thought the game was playable and enjoyable but definitely not good enough to be called Jagged Alliance and that he'd rather play JA2 1.13. Other than that, don't know much about it.

Yeah i hear ya on that. The more i play jagged alliance 2, the more i wish that the first game just came with the graphics of the 2nd. Im not graphics picky, but the 1st game is not me. If that was a game with graphics like the 2nd, i'd play it over and over. I dont think that jagged alliance will ever need graphics much better than the 2nd. The reasoning is that its good as is and too high graphics and it wont run on my computer.
