I must scroll using keyboard because if I were to move my mouse to the edge of the screen, it will move to my other monitor (I have dual monitor). is there a way to make sure this isn't happening? (preferably game specific, since i don't want to mess with OS configuration everytime i want to play this game.

You can scroll about the tactical screen using your arrow keys.

that's already in the original post (first line). i prefer to be able to play this game mouse only. i know the other option is to click in the map area. but i really wish there is a way...
