Thanks, but at the same time, every time one of you thanks me I get that nagging feeling that if I sent the guide six month earlier, as soon I received it, maybe it would be scanned by now. :/

The Strategy Guide is the best.
I do have some upgrades, but they are more Goody-finds, so SPOILER ALERT.
Sector 10 is one of the last eastern sectors. If you can take 10 & 9 on the same day, fine. Otherwise, take 10 later.
The reason is simple. On the southwest corner of sector 10 is a hidden goody. Don't have guards enter 10, or they will get in the way. If you do transfer guards, send them out before this operation: it's risky leaving the sector wide open for redshirts in sector 9, but do it. (This is why you take Sectors 9 & 10 together.)
On the way to the sector, make sure you pick up one of the rocks that are scattered about the sectors as you progress. This is what they are for.
In the northeast corner of Sector 19, you can enter Sector 20 (which is a way into that sector to get started). From 20, go north to Sector 10. Shazzam! You are inside a 'Bay' in the southwest corner of S-10. Up in the upper (north) end of the bay is a booby-trap minefield. Using the mine detector won't help. You'll just get blown up, as will any of the guards who will certainly cluster there (fiendishly). From well off (after Quick-saving), throw a rock into the squares at the north end. A CLICK will sound, and after a delay (allowing Fidel or whoever to get away) a series of explosions will result, destroying the WALL-OF-TREES around a cache to lay down. With a crow-bar (Sectors 19&10) you pry one box open, give the crowbar to another buy to open another box. The north box had dynamite, so let Fidel have it. The left (west) box has an M-14, the right box has a cartridge of ammo. The rifle is usually 80% or so.
Hope this helps someone.

That gun is pretty special because Sector 10 is the earliest sector where you can acquire a M-14, the gun is in pretty great condition, and since there are exactly eight M-16 in the game, and since to acquire one of those you must go really out of your way to delay conquering a specific sector until it receives a weapon shipment late in the campaign, you will most assuredly end the game with six/seven Modified M-16 and one/two Modified M-14 during your final assault on Lucas Santino's bunker. So as soon you acquire that M-14, fix it, put a sniper scope on it and don't be afraid to invest one of your rare chunk of steel to mod it and you'll find yourself with a problem solver, a Disc One Nuke. You will and should not use it every time, because ammo will be scarce for a long time, but whenever you will find yourself with a situation that is too critical and too difficult for your early game pea shooters, you will be glad you put it in the backpack of your most accurate merc that morning.

No, I asked to Judas several months ago (but I don't remember where on the forum), and he answered me that they are really very busy (himself included, and he is the one who can take care of this), and it will ask for a lot of work so... well, one day. Not now, not soon, that's sure. But I trust him, it will come one day if they can :) (and he doesn't forget about it or give up the intention to do it) Judas really cares, he simply doesn't have the time for it now :P (and I'm waiting it a lot too so I understand you well ;))

I understand perfectly. Scanning that guide will require a whole lot of time and messing around. It's not a book you can just put in the photocopier and quickly scan the pages and be done with it. Due to the non-existent margin, the pages have to be cut carefully, lined up correctly and then scanned one by one and at the end of the day, that guide will not generate more sales. It is bonus material for an extremely old game, an old game that is usually out shadowed by its sequel for most fans of the series. At the end of the day, Judas has to ask himself whether investing X hours of man/power to scan a guide that will generate little sales is a good way investment of man/power compared to something that will.

I'm thrilled others have seen the guide. When I created this topic I was truly hoping other people had seen it or used it. For some reason thinking I was the only one to have it made me sad. Such a great guide for such a classic game.
It really deserves to be a goodie for Jagged Alliance. It's the definition of a bonus to those buy and enjoying the game on GOG.
