Game does nothing when I hit the play button. I check my Task manager and its shows running yet nothing on screen.
But if I go to the file and run as admin it starts.

Whats wrong here?

tried the rename file ja2.exe= ja2_1.exe NOTHING

Went into the properies tab and changed to win98/ME NOTHING

I go directly to the file and double click or right click and it runs.

problem lies with the GoG launcher.

I do not think so. I just installed on my Win 7 64bit via Galaxy and JA2.exe crash but it is frozen in processes. Trying to unnistal Galaxy and install JA2 traditional way - result is much better - JA2.exe run, then crash but at least it is not frozen in processes.
I´m sad as I want to liberate Arolco after couple of years one more time before Reaper knock on my door, but no luck.

I get it to run from the cpu drive its on. Right click> run as admin. If it does not launch on first try wait 30 secs or so to see if it opens. If not right click>run admin again and it should open.
You just dont get any GoG in game time on game.
