We all know there's no manual for this game, but the extensive ingame help can give you most of the answers.
But not for this one.
I was just wandering in an underground tunnel system, stumbled upon a troll, killed it, and it left a helmet on the ground.
Is this for just decoration? if not, how do I pick it up?

Go to your "My Account" page and click on the game box and you will see a download for the manuals for all three games. Each one is its own PDF file.
Picking up is simply clicking on the item. Everything an icon does is listed in the manuals.

... that's why it is a problem, because it is not one of THE three games.
it's Crystals of arobrea (ie "Ishar 0"), and it has no manual available.

No wonder I could not find the title on any of the manuals! :o)
I did find box art, and screens but after looking for some time online I still could find no manual or walk-through, well, I tried anyway! :o)

In the main menu of the game you can find the manual by clicking in the tome icon.
Go and see if could be of any help.

Ups! I have been searching for the manual in the web but all I found towards me to the inside game manual, sorry!
Just a question, have you ever picked up any other item by clicking on it?
I finished Crystal long time ago and I can not remember it clearly but now I´m playing Ishar series and in all these games there are really a few items that you can pick up but all of them can be picked up by clicking on them.
So I think that If you can not pick the helm up by clicking that means the helmet it´s just decorative.

Well, did not find a manual yet, but found a cheat! :o)
Full Life Points, All Special Abilities
Select Jarel at the main character screen. Click on
the "Bottles" icon and press [Ctrl] + V.
I don't think you can pick anything up in the game. It's quite basic but strangely enjoyable.
Thanks everyone for the help, I suppose it is only for decoration then...
But here's another one:
How to make the characters sleep?
I know how put PUT them to sleep, but what screen should I switch to, to make them regenerate their life points?
With Jarel, it's easy (since he's the hero of the game I guess), c'ause when you put him to sleep, the game pauses, and he refills his lifepoints slooooowly.
However, the others don't seem to regenerate, despite the fact, the have their eyes closed.
So, which screen/mode makes them sleep actually?

You have to go back to '3D' mode so time passes and just wait.

I can't remeber but I think if you put everyone else to sleep before Jarel they will recover at the same time. It may save a bit of waiting around. Does anyone know a better way than this? As for me it is the games biggest flaw.
I'm wondering about that too. I've gone back to 3d mode and waited for awhile, but nothing seems to change. The game doesn't really let you know what's going on as far as sleep. Anyone figure it out?
To pick stuff up in the game just grab it with the cursor and then drag it to the party member you want to have it and drop it on them. Hope that helps for anyone who looks for an answer to this in the future.

P.S. I have never seen a helmet to try this on, so maybe those are different? But it has worked for me with crossbows and swords that I found in my little bit of messing around with this game.
