How can I get to the south-western island where one of the crystals is located? And where is the fourth tower?

The small island to the south-east can be reached either via a dungeon tunnel from the main island, or by a magician using the teleport spell (the teleport spell is given to you by the inhabitant of one of the houses on the main island).

The location of the towers, crystal pedestals and houses is random, so the fourth tower could unfortunately be anywhere in your game.
