I remember playing with the .con files of Duke Nukem 3D sixteen years ago...

How safe is to play with the maiden.grp?

The grp file correspond to the duke3d.grp, the con files a different thing.

The con files are more complex here, but you can play with them too.

inside maiden.grp/scripts there is a file called text.con with most game text in it...

Now, the menu text is not in the file text.con.....
I suppose the menu text are tiles from tiles000.art and not a real text.... or is a plain text and is in another .con file

uff!! Or I am getting really rusty or this was more easy 17 years ago!
