Steam already got an update, just wondering when that's coming for GoG? Way to link to steam account?

To quote a dev from the official 3D Realms Discord channel:

"there are a couple of extra things we need to fix before releasing it there [by this he means the 3DR store]
same with GOG, though they will just post it whenever they feel like it regardless of when we actually send it to them"

It appears to be a strange input overflow bug that they're trying to narrow down the cause of right now. With Steam they can update as they wish, but GOG apparently still has that staff approval policy so they want to fix that before sending the whole patch in.

Good to hear it's still coming here. If I remember right, the last big update (the survival mode) was late too.

In reference to 3DR and GOG downloads, mblackwell had this to say yesterday in the Steam discussion boards:

It will hopefully be updated on other platforms by the end of this week. They both require some tweaks and a different sort of packaging than Steam (and also upload in their own time).

Another patch has been pushed on Steam, and now GOG (approval pending) and the 3D Realms store should be in sync.

Actually, the entry was renamed to "Ion Maiden - DEMO" in GOG's library and inexplicably reverted back to update 2. Filed a passive-aggressive support ticket.

Unless you were fast enough to grab the v4.1 installer prior to about half an hour ago, not if you don't also have it on Steam or 3D Realms' store.

Nope, sadly I didn't manage to grab it .. Well this is a shame.

Hopefully it'll get re-added later today, if not, oh well, got plenty of other games to keep me busy until then
