Since 2004 I opposed Steam but in the last years I began to acknowledge its virtues. There is no DRM on games there per se, only if the Dev decides to use it. When I noticed that - and also that there are ways to remove DRM from my purchased games there with simple means - I began buying more and more indie games (and even some "AAA") on Steam, just because their update routine works flawlessly and fast and releases tend to be earlier there. Unfortunately I purchased Ion Storm here on GOG before I knew that, so I'll have to wait here. Can't say I'm excited about GOG anymore though. I once was, hell I own more than 1'200 games here... but there is just too much not working as it should and Galaxy still is an abomination to me, especially if compared to the flawless Steam client.

So GoG users are second class customers? That is bad and not professional. I could understood delays if it was some independent game made by not experienced team or some mod made by hobbyist. We pay real money and we deserve stuff on time or at least information what is going on.
To be honest i reall don't know why this happens. It's all the time with GOG releases, was the same thing with Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, with the Dropsy (we still don't got the last update), the Amid Evil expansion, taked so f#cking long to arrive here. Every time with a release, indie developers always push the release further on GOG.
Unfortunately, this is going to ring in the back of my head next time I go to purchase something on GoG. If I ever bother to again after this

Lets be real, they don't want it on a drm free site, but they must honor a contract, so.. they are just stalling.
Waiting a Week isn't really a Problem.
Having no Date at all is one.
It's currently only on steam..and on the day of relese they where doing a deal for the base game and dlc for a little over £16....now its changed to £28....and dlc is over £10

.wonder how much its going to be on here...currently the base game on here is the cheapest. but no dlc is avalible still!

i feel its more of a problem they just said it will take a week in a casual discord message and no where else. were honestly going off word of mouth at this point
We are in the middle of the week, let's hope it comes soon.

For information, this is not the first time I encounter extra delays on GOG regarding updates and expansion releases.
I had this for free DLCs from Blasphemous. Also the purpose of free DRM was the possibility to play your game easily on many devices. I use Geforce Now and there are no support of GOG versions of the games (except CD Project games).

Finally, you can have truncated content here regarding multiplayer, like Streets of Rage 4: you can't play with steam players. This is why I don't purchase anything in GOG anymore, except Aftershock because I bought the game here when it came out.

Same crap with the AMID EVIL expansion pack too, and with that one it taked almost a freaking month. I do still prefer buying single player games here for obvious reasons, but this kind of treatment makes my blood boil, i expend a lot of money buying games here, and they treat costumers like that.
question is how much will the dlc cost..will they do a deal with the base game and will the base game still be for £7

pretty sure the DLC will be the same price it is on steam. maybe a launch discount if lucky. its $15 USD retail or around £12 i think for you
I could of got it for a little over 16 quid with the base game. but i didnt. now its still on discount but at £28
I beg my virgin a##t that there won't be a Linux version soon.
