Hi, I too enjoyed this old time favorite back in the day. Having loved everything i bought from GOG I took the plunge on this one. Not sure if a meager $5.99 can be considered a plunge LOL.
My problem is that everytime i shoot a weapon, the game crashes to windows. I am using a saitech p2500 rumble pad. I switched shooting to the CTRL key thinking it was the joypad, same results.
Anyone have a clue?

Firstly, what are your system specs?
Secondly, there are a LOT of issues with this game, as you can see from the forums. Have you tried any of the fixes discussed in the threads and if so which ones? There is also a user on here who has created their own launcher for the game which might help you out.

My system is as follow, Amd Phenom, 6 gig ram, and I am running Vista 64 sp2. Also using a Raedon 4870 video card with the latest drivers, and 1 gog ram on the video card.
I have tried the user created launcher and i get the "Can't initalize 3D Hardware" error.
It loads fine with GOG provided launchers, I can crruise around etc. but if i shoot a weapon. Crash to windows.

Running all exe files as admin and with compatibility modes? Windows 98 compatibility mode might be best.

I think i solved this. When i disconnect my joypad it runs fine. The joypad seems to be the problem. Saitek P2500 with latest drivers. Guess I need a new joypad or just use the keyboard.
