I just love the funky soundtrack of this game, it's really groovy.
Bassist Arion Salazar formed a band for his gig called Bullmark and they made the full songs in just a few jam sessions. There are two versions of the soundtrack, the official game one (with dialogs) and the original un-edited music from the band. I have both, and I believe GOG didn't insert it in the game for copyright reasons.
The one with dialogue I found only recently hosted on a very old I76 fan page. The I76 and Nitro76 soundtracks I just ripped off the game CD into FLAC.
I have to be the only one with Flac's of this stuff.
Mp3 copies of the soundtrack are available online free, check out http://www.interstate76.com/download/i76audio.htm

You. Have. No. Idea.
How long I've searched for this. I listened to the game CD more than I played it back in the day. I have been searching for a copy of the soundtrack ANYWHERE for the past decade, and YOU just helped me out HUGE.
I don't know how to thank you, but I do. Profusely. Now, to burn this and play it in my 350Z. LOUD. :D
I converted (192kbps VBR MP3) and tagged the I'76 soundtrack if you like organization. http://www.mirrorcreator.com/files/JC9QVC7O/Interstate__76__PC-SNDTRK_.zip_links

Nope, you are not the only one. I have the original soundtrack (the seperate cd version) in FLAC format.
Hey would it be possible for one of you guys to post the game-included (ie not the one with dialogue on it) version of the soundtrack?

I love the tunes, but my missus complains at the voice overs.

I originally got this game with the STB Nitro graphics card. It was infamous as the first graphics de-cellorator. It was a choice between that and a 3dFX Voodoo card, and this one had all these sweet games bundled with it. Duhhh. Oh well, at least I never lost my love for I76!
Hi TorontoKev,

The music (without the dialogue) can be found in the 'music' folder in the main install directory of the GOG release of Interstate '76 and/or Nitro Pack.
