I should preface this by saying that Interstate 76 runs out of the box for me using Windows 7 64-bit and a Radeon 6950 with 2GB of RAM, so I guess I can count myself lucky on that account.

The only modification I did was replace the original exe with the one that makes the game run at 25 fps after which, again, the game runs fine.

My issue is that I seem unable to force windowed mode for the game when using dgVoodoo, or force the game to run in 4:3 mode. Does anyone have any suggestions?

...you're getting image scaled w/o aspect ratio respected.
there's no "mode" per se, just a fixed resolution games run under which AFAIR is limited to 640x480 for the glide renderer.

yeah, setup dgvoodoo or ur video drivers to correctly handle fullscreen image scaling i.e. to do an aspect ratio scale
