Hi,
I'm considering getting the Interstate 76 from GOG's catalog. The only issue is that I am using Windows 7 64-bit and I'm wondering if it will work in that OS? I only see Windows XP and Vista under the compatibility list. Thank you very much.

GOG is working on it for all games.
It's not guaranteed but most games work fine in Win7 or require only minor tweaks to be fully functional.
Others will be able to report any problems tomorrow...

Was able to get it to install, but the graphics seem kind of jerky ( when using glide), I'll play around with it some more. I'm using FRAPs to measure FPS, and it shows 60 FPS when using glide....

Only paid $2.99 so I'm not too bummed, but it will be the last GOG game I buy.

Check the sticky threads. The fan-made lanucher should fix those color problems.

Also, not sure if this matters to you, but I think Interstate '76 is one of the more finnicky games on GOG, most other games work much more easily.
