Have you tried the game with the Interstate 76 launcher and a glide wrapper, possibly the nGlide wrapper? I tried that with my recent purchase and the game works perfectly for me.

My cutscenes constantly stutter making them unwatchable. The framerate is pretty unplayable. the graphics look very wrong. I've tried many set ups. each of them is broken in some way. I really hope they fix it, it would restore some faith in gog for me.

Just got Hotline Miami on here to find out it's broken for me, and then to patch it I have to download the entire game again.

Are you talking about the polygon graphics, because that's the game's art style

No, things like the wheels not moving and being squares or cars just being black rectangles. It's always a trade off between glitchy graphics, and decent performance.
