I stumbled over this extremely interesting game again that I almost forgot about since i learned about it some years ago but decided back then to wait for a console release! Though i learned in some forum that there still seem to be bugs that will be addressed in the next patch, i decided i buy it NOW to support the developers still working on the project! I hope you're making good progress and we'll hear about updates soon :)
Bump
If the developers read this, I'd greatly appreciate feedback :)

For the gog forum unfortunately is mostly abandoned by developers, i read a bit on steam discussions and learned that the development team broke apart, but that a small team is still working on bug fixes. Now recently you posted that no one is currently working on the project. So i wondered, does that mean that there is no further development (like new dlc etc) done at the moment, or does it even mean that not even fixes are worked on anymore?

Thanks :)

Oh damn, that's a pity, i was hoping for some updates/fixes for this game. As far as I read the game should be playable from start to finish without game breaking bugs (i hope), but i hoped for some more polishing. The developer (publisher?) is still replying to questions on steam, so i hoped they'd at least work on a final patch.

Thanks for your reply, i appreciate it. I honestly don't understand why the same guys that reply on steam can't take a look at the gog forums and give us some feedback, wouldn't probably hurt them, I'm sure...

Someone translated it in the Steam English section like this:

Dear players. Thank you for your support and continued interest in the game. Mono Studio has been trying to keep the project afloat for a long time, both on its own and with the involvement of third-party help, in order to fulfill all the promises made when launching the kickstarter.
Unfortunately, the project team eventually fell apart.
We tried to finish what we started with the help of hired specialists, but due to the complex architecture of the project, it turned out to be impossible to do this. Even highly qualified professionals could not solve all the problems that needed to be fixed.
At the moment, we do not have people to bring the game to its proper form. We are very sorry and I apologize on behalf of the whole team for this situation. We believed in Insomnia, worked on it for a long time, but failed.
Thank you for being with us. And once again, forgive me for the fact that the Ark did not make it to its destination.

This is very disappointing.

I hope the publisher allows them to release the source code at some point so that modders can fix it some time down the track.
