I'm on Act II and I can't find Gravedigger Dietrich?

He is inside the small house on the left side of the cemetery. However, he won't come out as his house is being surrounded by undead. Move your cursor over the door of his house to interact with the door and start a dialogue to ask him to come out and speak with you.
