Anyone that has a good solution or tactics against these types of enemies? Mages in this game just spam spells with huge damage so I also have to resort to kite tactics or any other boring solution I can think of like running ahead to scan the area then reload and only use my main character to shoot them off at a distance. Killing most enemies like this is too annoying.

I'm a Thief lvl 26, next level I'll be able to use Magical Attack at Journeyman and hopefully the extra damage will br worth it. I've 150-160 attack I think, do you need more in the beginning to the middle of Act 2?

there's an imba spell against undead. but you need second or third level of the magic of faith.
which one?

For me (playing as a paladin) the 'Reflect Wounds' spell worked pretty good. The enemies will attack you and after a while die, because they do too much damage to themselves.

I don't think it works really good against aggressive mages like Undead Monks as they even spam spells in melee range, fast too, and I think Reflect Wounds only works with physical damage.
Are you sure it only works with physical damage? It was exactly in the area with the undead monks that I discovered this tactic and for me it worked very well. Survival was much easier once I used it. But maybe it was because I reflected a great deal of the damage of the other enemies and could concentrate more on fighting the undead monks.

Actually no but I try to fight them one at a time so next time I'll see if it works.
I'm using 'Reflect Wounds' and it works.

I was about to quit this game.
