The 12 women are for removing the curse from the building. You need to take them to the family tomb in the cemetary, then go back to the haunted house upstairs

You should explore the dungeons of the citadel to proceed in the main quest.

The werewolf Kenthaar is in the same map as the quest giver one. North of the map, if I remember correctly.

1. I don't know how to get in.
2. You need all three statues from point 5 to enter it.
