GOG should add the italian language to the game in the same way. I guess it has the right to the italian version like it has for sam & max, so it could use the italian text and make the game available in italian without by default.

Indiana Jones and the fate of Atlantis in italian does it exist only in the floppy disk version. The oldgamesitalia patch that it's linked here it's an amateur job. We got the subs from the floppy disk version and insert back in the talkie version.
Gog decided to use the floppy italian version, but you could use our patch to create the talkie italian if you want.
