I then tried to open a support request, but again I got no answer.
Who and HOW should I contact about this? What would you do?
Maybe I should write an email to Revolution Software directly.
From what I have read, inquiries@gog.com is for "A potential business partner or a journalist", so I wouldn't be surprised if you never get an answer to that one.
For the support request, I presume you picked "other inquiries", from the chatbot right? How long ago did you give them your email and what did you write them? For now, I sent them a question as well (asking about the italian version), hopefully they'll contact one of us soon. I presume there are some problems with the right holders, but we should know for sure once someone replies.
