You can download an 80mb demo of In Cold Blood at Fileplanet.
I tried to find a non-FP download link, but everything I tried was a dead end. You do have to register on Fileplanet to download, but old files (like this one) don't have wait times.
Please reply if you find other working links for the demo!

If anyone can figure out how to get out of the first room, let me know. :( I run around for 5 minutes, hitting left ctrl non-stop, and nothing happens. Can't open the door, can't do squat.

Stand at the door. Press Return to bring up your inventory. Select the limpet mine with Left Crtl to stick it on the door. Then just make sure you are out the way (preferrably using Z to run!)
