The game launches alright, but it requires that a player profile is created which fails every time with an "Unknown error". Doesn't matter what I enter as the profile name, I just keep getting the same error.

How can I fix this issue?

This happens a lot. I think you have to go into the IC folder, Profiles Folder, and delete any profiles you have in there.

That or a reinstall might work. I think that's how I fixed it.

Deleting an existing 'profile0' did the trick :)
